28220 Industry Drive is a warehouse in Valencia that was formerly used by Warner Bros. as a production studio. It later became an AMS fulfillment warehouse, and in 2021 the headquarters of Printful Inc., an on-demand printing company.

24 Season 4 (2005)[]
In the Season 4 episode "8:00am-9:00am", the corner of the warehouse area was seen as terrorists switched the kidnapped Hellers to a different van.
Air Force One set[]
In 1999 Ken Hardy, the production designer on The West Wing, created an Air Force One set in this warehouse for the show. He moved a 747 set from Culver Studios that had previously been used for the 1997 film Turbulence, which he had discovered when salvaging pieces from the Culver Studios White House set.

The West Wing set was used by 24 for their second season, as President David Palmer flew from Oregon to Los Angeles in episodes 15 & 16.

The first episode of NCIS Season 1 used the West Wing set, for the storyline about a Navy Commander dying after having lunch with the President.
